Soundfiti allows artists to sell merchandise directly to fans.
Merchandise may be fulfilled by Soundfiti or fulfilled by the artist, as clearly indicated on the artist’s page.
Fulfillment responsibility determines shipping timelines, handling, and returns.
2. SHIPPING POLICY

Soundfiti handles packaging, shipping, and delivery.

b) Artist-Fulfilled Merchandise

The artist is responsible for packaging, shipping, and delivery.

Shipping timelines and courier details are determined by the artist and stated on the artist page.
2.2 Shipping Locations

Shipping is available within Kenya and may extend to selected international locations depending on the artist.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
2.3 Delivery Delays
Soundfiti is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier services

Weather conditions

Customs clearance

Incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer
3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
3.1 General Rule

Merchandise returns and exchanges depend on the artist’s stated return policy.

Not all items are eligible for return.
3.2 Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted if:

The item received is defective or damaged.

The wrong item or size was delivered.

The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
Proof (photos or videos) may be required.
3.3 Non-Returnable Items

b) Artist-Fulfilled Merchandise

Buyers must contact the artist directly using the provided contact details.

Return instructions and approvals are managed by the artist.
Soundfiti may assist with communication but does not guarantee outcomes.
4. REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Soundfiti or the artist.

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider.
5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital music and downloadable content are non-refundable once access is granted.
6. EVENT TICKETS

Event tickets are governed by the Event Terms.

Shipping & Returns do not apply to tickets unless physical tickets are issued.
7. CONSUMER RIGHTS (KENYA)
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Kenya Consumer Protection Act, 2012. Where applicable, statutory consumer rights will apply.
